Delivery Options Overview

1. Advance Payment for Orders:

  • For products priced between BDT 1 to 1000, full payment (including delivery charge) is required in advance.
  • For products priced above BDT 1000, up to 20% advance payment is required depending on the product type.
  • Advance payment may also be required for in-store pickup, depending on the product category.

2. Advance Payment for Pre-Orders:

  • Advance payment for pre-ordered products will be determined based on the product.

3. Pre-Order Delivery Time:

  • Pre-ordered products usually take 7–10 working days for delivery.
  • In some cases, delivery may take 15–20 working days.

4. Price Adjustment for Pre-Orders:

  • Due to fluctuations in the international market, product prices may change.
  • In such cases, customers may either:
    • Pay the additional amount, or
    • Request a refund of the advance payment.

5. Delivery Within Dhaka City:

  • For selected accessory items, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • Delivery charge: BDT 60
  • Delivery time: Within 72 hours (may vary based on courier conditions).

6. Delivery Outside Dhaka (Devices):

  • For partial payment orders, delivery charge may be up to BDT 220.
  • Additional condition charges may apply as per courier company policies.

7. Delivery Outside Dhaka (Accessories):

  • For partial payment orders, delivery charge may be up to BDT 130.
  • Additional condition charges may apply as per courier company policies.

8. Delivery to Upazila/Thana Areas:

  • For locations outside divisional and district cities (e.g., upazila/thana), full payment including delivery charge is mandatory.
  • This is due to courier restrictions (e.g., Sundarban Courier does not handle financial transactions in these areas).

9. Device Delivery Restrictions:

  • Devices are not delivered to upazila or thana-level areas outside district cities.

Note:

  • All orders must be placed before 5:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Return & Refund Policy

At Smart Think, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Returns

You may return any product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@smartthink.com . We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are damaged, used, or missing components.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please contact us at support@smartthink.com . Our team will guide you through the return and exchange process.

Warranty

All products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If you experience any issues during the warranty period, please contact our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide instructions for returning the product for a replacement or refund.
